Tell us about the staffing need or pupil, academic context, personal circumstances and any safeguarding information relevant to the placement.

Assessment

We look past the headline request to understand what’s actually needed, whether that’s ongoing staffing, cover, a single tutor, or a full EOTAS package.

Matching

We put forward an educator or specialist based on genuine fit, matched to the specific pupil, academic need, personality and safeguarding context, not just availability. Nothing goes ahead without your sign off.

Placement

We handle the practical setup and share any relevant safeguarding information before the placement begins. All information is stored securely and handled in line with GDPR.

Ongoing Support

We stay in touch well beyond the initial placement, regular feedback, catch-ups and check-ins that keep things on track and flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a problem.
